place the penis against the abdomen, use left index finger and middle finger gently pressing on the penis with the penis on the abdomen and the left hand holding the penis, use the right index finger and gently rub the penis with sufficient lubrication 20times
repeat this same action twice daily preferably after bath. morning and evening.
